Site Evaluation It is very difficult to match a system to your needs if we do not understand your location, both in terms of your offering and layout. Your Embed Representative will conduct a thorough site plan review so you can jointly determine the correct components for your Embed System.
Detailed System Quote A detailed system quote will be provided to you in writing with line item pricing provided for each component. No lump sums, no mysteries. All costs, both upfront and ongoing, are disclosed as the cost of ownership is every bit as important as cost of entry.

Pre-Installation Documentation & Assistance Once you have confirmed your Embed System order, our Installation Services Group works closely with you to prepare for your upcoming system launch. Detailed but easy to read guides are provided which outline all items that need to be considered as your facility prepares for installation. One on one review sessions are conducted to allow us to learn as much about your business as possible before our trained technicians ever cross through your door.
At Embed, we truly understand the difference between installation and implementation. Our team is backed by years of industry experience and we know what it is like to own, manage, and work within family entertainment centers. Knowing how to "use" a system is simply not good enough. A successful implementation means knowing how a system applies to your business, how it can improve your business, and understanding the tools that are available. This is why Embed offers the most comprehensive implementation plan in the industry driven by our four step approach:
System Set-up - During this phase, Embed personnel will install and configure all system devices
including the component rack, system server, wireless communication, Point of Sale and Manager
Workstations, as well as system peripherals.
System Testing - Once the foundation is in place, Embed performs a complete system test to ensure all
parts are performing as expected. This includes all workstation functions, game and attraction swiper
functions, as well as data flow through to system reports.
Team Training - A practical approach to training is delivered by your Embed Implementation Specialist,
with a strong focus on common system functions and daily operating procedures. Small groups are maintained
to provide a meaningful training environment with extensive role playing used to simulate live
operating conditions. Sessions are designed for all team member levels from front line cashiers,
to shift managers, to system administrators.
Opening Support - We have come so far, how could we leave now? The fact is we don't. A successful
launch calls for an Embed Implementation Specialist to be on-site with you and your staff during a
period of live operation during peak times. We want to be there to assist you as both you and your
guests become acquainted with the operation of your Embed system. Our experience will prove to be a
